I partner with general contractors and construction teams to help protect their workforce and strengthen their employee benefits offering. I help businesses provide supplemental benefits that support employees when the unexpected happens, often at no direct cost to the employer. In an industry where injuries, time off work, and retention are real challenges, the right benefits can make a meaningful difference. My background in medical care showed me what happens when families are not financially prepared, which led me to Aflac over 11 years ago. Today, as a District Coordinator and Trainer, I support businesses in building stronger benefits programs. I am also active in the community through organizations like Bakken BBQ, supporting local causes and giving back alongside other business leaders.
