This highly interactive course presents basic information about the skills and knowledge needed for successful construction supervision across all types of commercial construction. The 25 hour in-seat course consists of nine sessions including Team Management & Leadership, Communication Skills, Project Scheduling, Risk Management, Construction Law & Contract Documents, Productivity & Cost Control.
